Appointment times: M-F 2 to 5PM
Available on Sundays 10 to 5PM
Each month a new topic is introduced. Topics range from work related concerns, relationships, addiction, self-sabotaging behaviors or lack of motivation on life goals.
Some of our wellness modules are provided free as part of the monthly newsletter.
Work on a specific topic at your own pace, access a library of downloadable content, workbooks and prerecorded video sessions on topics such as communication, anxiety and depression, motivation and more.
Access my coaching services by phone or video to compliment each module! It is so much easier when you have someone to guide you, motivate and encourage you to implement what your learn. I will support you and hold you accountable to ensure you make quick progress on your personal goals.
