The Process of Change

Path4Change employs a 4-Step Model of Change that guides you through areas of Awareness and Resilience, to Intention and Action. Using a combination of evidence-based practices specific to each of the four aspects of change, explore any thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are self limiting. Each will help you identify new choices and behaviors that will move forward to more authentic and genuine happiness.

Change Starts with Your First Session

Begin a new chapter of your life by using this action-oriented, goal-focused, problem-solving approach.  Once we identify where you are and who you want to be, we will take a step by step approach to recognizing beliefs and behaviors that may be holding you back. Then we will work on learning new strategies and the tools you need to accelerate your self esteem, confidence, and growth.  

As you discover your path, naturally there will be times that stretch you beyond “your comfort zone” to raise your awareness, confidence and your capability to create successes through each of the areas outlined in ARIA - Awareness, Resilience, Intention and Action, the stages of change and development.

Awareness  - What you want, wish or desire now and in the future
Resilience - How with effort, you can find your motivation and ability  
Intention - Find your Why - your  specific reason for change and why this is important
Action - Use your commitment, willpower and manageable steps to make changes in your life
